Swedish punk band. This was released by Epitaph here in North America in 2004. I remember buying it because Shelby Cinca gave it a really good review somewhere. The legend was that these 4 kids from a tiny village in Sweden had never heard punk before and just wanted to create heavy music and this was the fruits of their labour. I don't buy it for a second, but the band does have a fairly original, raw, stripped down and angular take on punk/hardcore.
