I love the Hold Steady. Craig Finn is the best lyricist in rock and roll. Great bar rock that references both Springsteen and Thin Lizzy equally. I've never seen these guys live, but I imagine that they fucking lay waste to the audience with their tight jams, like seeing Huey Lewis And The News right before Back To The Future came out. That good.
